Help Rescue 500 Battered Women And Their Children

Challenge

We serve American women & children living in foreign countries who are victims of domestic violence & child abuse, via an international crisis email. Crisis email advocates work with victims, empowering them to make the decisions necessary to live a life without violence for themselves & their children while navigating the complicated system that hinders them from fleeing the violence and returning home. When funds are available we offer counseling, relocation, housing, legal & emergency needs.

Solution

Every year we provide hundreds of battered American women and abused children with the information and services necessary to enable them to live their lives without violence in the foreign country or back in the USA.

Long-Term Impact

The project serves 500 women per year empowering them to find alternatives to a life of violence so their children grow up in violence free homes with their self-esteem in tact with the hope of stopping the cycle of violence in future generations.
